Hilary Xherimeja is the founder and CEO of Sondr, a platform that connects Gen Z to the creative industry.
Founded in 2023, sondr provides young people access to a community of mentors and industry leaders within fashion, music, art, and tech. It offers internships, entry-level jobs, shadowing, networking events and drop-in Q&A sessions. Sondr has collaborated with the likes of Nike, END., and New Balance on brand activation events.
Sondr is fast becoming the go-to platform for ambitious young people to take the first step in their careers – and a way for brands to tap into a pool of forward-thinking fen Z creatives.
As a first-generation Albanian woman, Xherimeja has become an entrepreneur at the forefront of youth culture. She is passionate about long-term change in how the creative industry operates, which is key to the success of Sondr’s mission.
