His journey began at just 21 while attending USC, when he signed PARTYNEXTDOOR, sparking a career defined by bold moves and creative ventures. Henry co-founded STURDY, a boundary-pushing collective blending music, production, and NFTs, and launched publishing collaborations with industry giants like Warner Chappell and Sony/ATV. Beyond managing top-tier talent, he’s a visionary shaping the future of music, serving on the executive council of the Black Music Action Coalition and mentoring the next generation through the Creative Futures Collective.
