Description
As a Junior Shoot Producer at ASOS, you’ll oversee the entire production process of market-leading shoots—from pre-production through to post-production—ensuring the timely delivery of assets for the ASOS website.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pre-Production & Planning:
- Address any shoot list issues in collaboration with Shoot Operations.
- Review flagged reshoots to ensure imagery meets standards.
- Lead morning briefings to set clear expectations for the shoot team.
- Ensure adherence to shoot guides, providing timely clarity to teams.
- On-Set Management:
- Conduct quality checks to ensure images align with shoot guides.
- Aim to have 75% of the shoot ready for live publication by day’s end, addressing the remaining 25% appropriately the following morning.
- Post-Production & Asset Management:
- Oversee the U.S. stock image transfer process, uploading brand images as needed.
- Coordinate on-site connections for Mix & Match SKUs to enhance customer shopping experiences.
- Resolve daily queries from Retail teams and manage the Alt Image Request Log.
- Upload supplier imagery to the site when required.
- Guideline Maintenance & Quality Assurance:
- Keep all shoot guides consistently updated to reflect current benchmarks.
- Conduct regular site checks to ensure all imagery is product-focused and on-brand.
- Communication & Collaboration:
- Maintain high levels of communication within the department and across the business.
- Work closely with Shoot Operations, Retail, and Post-Production teams to deliver departmental strategies.
- Training & Development:
- Engage in training initiatives, embodying ASOS behaviors.
- Provide constructive feedback on challenges faced during shoots.
Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in fashion e-commerce or a fashion-related background.
- Excellent communication skills for building internal relationships.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment.
- Keen attention to detail with an understanding of current fashion trends.
- Adaptability to rapidly changing priorities.
- Team player eager to learn and quickly grasp new information.
