Project Description

This was a piece I did in collaboration with a costume design to bring to life their re imagination of the character of Ashitaka from Princess Mononoke. I chose to focus on sustainable materials when creating this piece so I opted for the recyclable material of foam for sculpting the fungi pieces as well as using food based dyes to dye natural moss to grow out of the lacerations.
