Project Description

Originally I joined the project as a production runner when at the Jerwood Studios but I was quickly promoted to production coordinator charged with high profile talent itineraries (some from the US), contacting and hiring makeup and hair stylists, prop sourcing, stage management assistance and general production assistance working closely with the producer.

I managed rehearsals of a 41 piece orchestra with the ensemble and primary talent, script supervisor as well as supervising the sitzprobe with an extensive guest list.

When in residence at Theatre Royal Drury Lane, I was charged with managing a group of four talent handlers, liaising and managing the hair and makeup stylists, coordinating changing rooms for the 12 piece ensemble and 8 primary talent and special guest Rita Moreno as well coordinating junket interviews with the American production company Concord. I worked closely with Concord’s executive producers to schedule and run the interviews in between rehearsals and shows.

The show was filmed over two days to then later be aired in chosen theatres across the country and streamed on Sky Arts.
