Project Description

Sister’hood’ is my personal project celebrating black culture. Paying homage to the 90s/00s where black women were had elaborate hairstyles and long nails but were called hood/ghetto for it. This was a reclamation of the aesthetics black women were scrutinised for and discriminated against.
