If you are based in Toronto or the GTA, we will deliver another dress within 24 hours to ensure it
arrives in time for your event. If you are outside of this zone, we will ship you a replacement
clothing item(s) or have it dropped off at a third party partner for pick-up.
If the new style you select is more expensive, you will be charged the difference in price. If the
new style is less expensive, you will be given a refund for the difference in price.
Option 2: Full refund
We’re happy to give you a full refund if none of the clothing item(s) in your order fit. With our

REFUNDS (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we
have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your

To return your product, you will always be provided with a mailing label. Depending on where
you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
