Studio Intern

Job Description

This Studio Internship will provide you with a great opportunity to learn how each department of a young fashion design label works in a very practical process.

 
Key Responsibilities:

Press

• Receive press shipping requests by email, managing the requests and logging of the sample tracker
• Ensure samples in studio and warehouse are kept organized and properly labeled
• Create packing lists for shipping, logging onto drive
• Assisting with organization of Press related events, researching and material sourcing
• Working various Press or Sales events as needed

 
Marketing

• Work with team to assist with creating a database for all photography for website and social content
• Ensuring Imagery archive is properly organised and updated on the hard drive and google doc
• Image research as needed

 
Website

• Assisting with the maintenance of www.oceanusthelabel.com, including updating site wide content, stock updates and special tasks as needed
• Assisting in pick, pack and dispatch all Ecommerce and overseas orders within the given timeframe, in line with packaging and brand guidelines.
