Introduction Welcome to sondr, a platform provided by ZEMER LIMITED (company number 14452135), a UK limited company with its registered office at 293 Kenton Lane, Harrow, England, HA3 8RR (“sondr”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of sondr’s website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Eligibility The Service is intended for use by individuals aged 18 and above. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Account Registration To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

Use of the Service The Service allows users to explore job opportunities, professional networking, and event ticketing. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Posting or transmitting any content that infringes on any intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Using the Service for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts.
• Attempting to disrupt or interfere with the Service’s security features.

Events Service sondr provides an event ticketing platform that allows users to browse, purchase tickets for, and learn about various events, including but not limited to music, entertainment, and sports events (“Event Services”). When you purchase tickets through sondr, the transaction and contractual relationship is between you and the event organizer or promoter (“Event Partner”), not sondr. While sondr facilitates these transactions, it is not responsible for the organization, hosting, or any changes to the events listed. Users are encouraged to review event details, terms, and conditions provided by the Event Partner before making a purchase. sondr disclaims all liability arising from or related to events, including cancellations, postponements, and changes to event details.

Opportunities Service sondr offers a platform for job opportunities and professional networking (“Opportunities Service”). This service connects individuals seeking employment (“Job Seekers”) with organizations or individuals offering job listings, freelance gigs, and career opportunities (“Employers”). While sondr provides the platform for these connections, it does not participate in the employment relationship. Users are responsible for conducting due diligence before entering into employment contracts or agreements. sondr makes no representations about the quality, safety, or legality of the jobs posted, the truth or accuracy of listings, the qualifications of Job Seekers, or the ability of Employers to offer job opportunities to Job Seekers.

User Responsibilities By using the Events Service and Opportunities Service, you agree to:

• Ensure all transactions and communications are conducted in a professional and lawful manner.
• Abide by all applicable laws, including employment laws and event regulations.
• Respect the intellectual property and privacy rights of others, including Event Partners, Employers, and Job Seekers.
• Any users of the Opportunities Services who are under 18 years of age must provide written consent from their parents, carers or a responsible adult in respect of their application and/or acceptance of any opportunity they apply for and/or attend.
• Any Employers (including those offering internships) using the Opportunities Services must ensure that all employees and supervisors offering positions for and working with anyone under 21 years of age must have up to date Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) certificates and have been vetted for suitability for working with young people.
• Whilst sondr will take limited steps to carry out basic checks on Job Seekers and Opportunities Service providers, both Job Seekers and providers are responsible for carrying out their own checks and due diligence and agree to use sondr’s platform on this basis.

Limitations and Disclaimers sondr acts as a platform provider for the Events Service and Opportunities Service and is not involved in the actual transaction between buyers and sellers or Employers and Job Seekers. As such, sondr has no control over the quality, safety, or legality of the events or jobs advertised, the truth or accuracy of listings, or the ability of users to fulfill their promises or obligations. sondr disclaims all liability related to any content posted by users and any actions or inactions of users of the Service.

Changes to Services sondr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Events Service and Opportunities Service at any time without notice or liability. Users agree that sondr will not be liable to them or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Services.

Content You retain all rights in, and are solely responsible for, the content you post on sondr. By posting content, you grant sondr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content in connection with the Service.

Privacy Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information through the Service are governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.

Disclaimers The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. sondr disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, sondr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of any of our  Services.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless sondr, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any third party right.

Opportunities Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) govern the internship program facilitated by Sondr.io (“the Platform”). By accepting the internship offer, the intern (“you”) agrees to comply with these T&C. The end employer (“the Company”) will provide specific terms regarding your internship role.

2. Role of Sondr.io

Sondr.io acts as a facilitator for internship opportunities and does not serve as the employer. The end employer will be responsible for the day-to-day management and supervision of the internship.

3. Duration

The duration of the internship will be determined by the Company and will be specified in the internship offer provided to you.

4. Role and Responsibilities

Your role and responsibilities will be defined by the Company. This will include, but may not be limited to, specific tasks and projects related to your internship position.

5. Working Hours

Your working hours will be determined by the Company and will be outlined in the internship offer. Any flexibility required will be communicated directly by the Company.

6. Remuneration

The remuneration for the internship will be determined by the Company and will comply with UK employment laws. If the intern is classified as a worker, they will be entitled to at least the National Minimum Wage. The specific remuneration details, if applicable, will be outlined in the internship offer provided by the Company.

If the internship is categorized as voluntary work or is part of a higher education course, remuneration may not be required. In such cases, the terms will be clearly specified by the Company.

7. Supervision and Mentorship

The Company will assign a supervisor to provide guidance and support throughout your internship. Sondr.io does not participate in the day-to-day supervision of interns.

8. Learning and Development

Opportunities for learning and development will be provided by the Company. Sondr.io may offer additional resources and workshops to enhance your internship experience.

9. Confidentiality

During your internship, you may have access to confidential information belonging to the Company. You must not disclose any confidential information to third parties during or after your internship without the Company’s prior written consent.

10. Intellectual Property

Any work or intellectual property created during your internship will remain the property of the Company. You agree to assign any rights in such work to the Company.

11. Conduct and Disciplinary Procedures

You are expected to adhere to the Company’s policies and procedures, including those related to conduct, attendance, and health and safety. Any breach may result in termination of the internship.

12. Termination

Either party may terminate the internship with [number] days’ notice in writing, as agreed upon with the Company. The Company may terminate the internship immediately without notice in cases of gross misconduct.

13. Health and Safety

The Company is responsible for providing a safe working environment. You are expected to follow all health and safety guidelines provided by the Company and report any hazards or incidents immediately.

The Company is expected to be an equal opportunity employer, not discriminating based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or any other protected characteristic.

15. Governing Law

These T&C are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Amendments We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service following any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.
