The Behind-the-Scenes Photo/Videographer will capture the essence of the production process for the New Balance and Size? shoot, creating engaging content suitable for distribution across multiple channels. This role requires an individual with a flair for raw, authentic visual storytelling, particularly through an interesting interview-style format.

Responsibilities include filming and photographing the creative team in action, capturing insightful conversations with the talent, and documenting key aspects of how the shoot is executed. The content will also encompass educational elements for the community, explaining the artistic and technical processes involved. The ideal candidate must be adept at working closely with the entire production team and possess the ability to convey the dynamic, creative atmosphere of the set through their lens.
