Sky Business is a new, exciting division of Sky. We’re passionate about giving businesses better solutions to keep them moving forward – from SoHo, through Mid Market and Wholesale, to Hospitality – we provide broadband, phone and TV services to the whole UK B2B market. With an exciting, fast-paced scale up environment but with the support of Sky and parent US company Comcast, we’re looking for exceptional people to help drive our business forward. What you’ll do:

• Develop full funnel marketing campaign strategy (from growing awareness & consideration to driving eCommerce & call centre demand) for existing & new product launches
• Work alongside marketing managers & our brand team to ensure the strategy translates into the final campaign delivery 
• Partner with our media agency to develop new approaches to improve cost eTiciencies & drive growth
• Own the development & delivery of campaigns designed to improve customer value generated from our marketing
• Support in quarterly planning & marketing performance impacts on demand based on comparable historic performance & future forecasting
• Support in weekly trading meeting preparation and evaluation of performance vs. plans

What you’ll bring:

• Experience of marketing strategy in a performance-marketing focussed role
• Ability to demonstrate media experience across full-funnel marketing campaigns
• The ability to think on your feet and be comfortable making decisions based on marketing and market experience in UK B2B telecoms
• An innovative but pragmatic thinker that will think creatively and drive continuous improvement to deliver the best commercial outcomes for the business
• Strong numeracy and commercial literacy. Ability to understand business cases and to size market opportunities as needed – backed by robust insight and data
• Expert user of customer insight: working with and distilling multiple and disparate insights and data sources into compelling and actionable recommendations
• Excellent communicator (both written and verbal) with ability to influence and confidently lead discussions at all levels from front line to senior management

Your office base:

Osterley:

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There’s also plenty of bike shelters and showers.
