Role Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial full stack developer to join our team. The ideal person will blend rounded technical expertise, communication, and a strong drive for fast iteration and hands on approach.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop, and build intuitive user experiences on top of WordPress(for now) 

1. Work closely with the product team to rapidly build and iterate on new features users love
2. Optimize performance, security, and scalability of the platform
3. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across both front-end and back-end.
4. Integrate seamlessly with third-party tools and APIs to support mentorship, networking, community features and data analytics.
5. Write clean, scalable code that can be easily maintained and built on top of.

Experience:

1. Built web products that optimize for user experience,  using both modern and older (PHP – sorry) programming languages/frameworks on both the front and backend. 
2. Experience managing websites on self hosted platforms.
3. Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) 
4. Experience in  fast-paced, startup environments. 
5. Great communication skills and a collaborative, problem-solving mindset.
6. Bonus if you’ve worked in WordPress, and an even bigger bonus if you have experience migrating away from it!
