Job Description

An exciting new entry-level position at our growing Fashion & Beauty agency.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:

• Immaculate management of clients’ sample collections. Overseeing global trafficking of pieces around the world and acting as the lead custodian of these assets.
• Pitching and generating product placement across print, digital and social outlets.
• Working alongside the wider team to maximise any and all opportunities to generate coverage and service the media. Maintaining contact databases, editorial rotas, publication management and server administration.
• Using your knowledge of the fashion agenda to create e-blasts of images and news releases in line with new product launches, celebrity placement, news, etc. – keeping press constantly informed about, and engaged with, RAVEN’s client roster.
• Working within the communications team to develop and execute clients’ public relations strategy. Assisting Account Managers across all day-to-day tasks, including daily contact with clients.
• Playing a pivotal role in RAVEN’s runway show process – executing thorough inputting of guest request information, supporting the invitation send-out process, end-to-end management of photographer and broadcast requests, liaising with sponsors.
• Daily, weekly and/or monthly coverage reporting.

• Good analytical skills and comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Word & Powerpoint, along with Google Drive & all its features
• Proven experience in prioritising tasks and maintaining workloads
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Fashion GPS experience preferable
